Josep Lluís Pellicer presents the trajectory of Fundación Metropolitan House on RCE Radio’s “Metro Cuadrado”
On October 1, Josep Lluís Pellicer, Secretary of the Board of Trustees of Fundación Metropolitan House, took part in the radio programme “Metro Cuadrado” on RCE (Ràdio Catalana de la Cultura i l’Esport, 106.9 FM), where he reviewed the Foundation’s history and main areas of activity since its creation in 2020.
The “Metro Cuadrado” programme, hosted by Eva López and broadcast on October 1, featured the participation of Josep Lluís Pellicer, Secretary of the Board of Trustees of Fundación Metropolitan House.
During his appearance, Pellicer presented the Foundation’s trajectory from its creation in 2020 to the present day, highlighting its dual purpose: on one hand, collaboration in the social field, contributing to the well-being of the most vulnerable people; and on the other, the promotion of knowledge about housing policies aimed at improving quality of life, the environment, and the sustainability of the real estate sector, through the Decent and Sustainable Housing Chair.

The Foundation’s participation in “Metro Cuadrado” helped share its mission and founding values (“to return to the society a small part of what society gives us”), reinforcing its commitment to reflection and dissemination on the challenges of housing and urban development.
