“Innovation at the service of access to housing”, the new podcast of the Chair in Dignified and Sustainable Housing

The Podcast Program of the Chair in Dignified and Sustainable Housing of the UPF Barcelona School of Management, directed by Ramon Bastida and in collaboration with the Metropolitan House Foundation, presents exclusive interviews with leaders in the sector who reflect on different aspects related to the real estate market
The Chair has published a second Podcast entitled “Innovation at the service of access to housing” starring Vicenç Hernández Reche, economist, doctor in economic psychology, president of the National Association of Real Estate Agents of Spain (ANAI-API Spain), and of the Association of Real Estate Agents of Catalonia (AIC), and CEO of TECNOTRAMIT.
In this podcast, Vicenç Hernández talks to us about the application of innovation to the real estate sector, not only in terms of technology but also covering the transformation of business models, and makes an analysis that covers:
- the impact on the value chain of the implementation of ESG practices, that is, the environmental, social and governance criteria that companies consider to operate in a responsible and sustainable manner;
