Framework collaboration agreement with the Formació i Treball (Training and Work Foundation), a leading organization in the labor market integration of people at risk of exclusion
The agreement will allow the Metropolitan House Foundation to participate in projects promoted by Formació i Treball (Training and Work Foundation), focused on generating employment opportunities for vulnerable people at risk of exclusion and contributing to improving their social well-being.
The Formació i Treball Foundation and the Metropolitan House Foundation have formalized a framework collaboration agreement today to jointly participate in solidarity initiatives. The objective is to promote projects that facilitate access to employment for people in vulnerable situations, while managing and dignifying the delivery of basic necessities to low-income families.
Formació i Treball, promoted by the Diocesan Cáritas of Barcelona in 1992, was founded with the mission of training and integrating to labour market of people at risk of social exclusion, as well as managing the delivery of clothing, furniture, and other household goods to families in vulnerable situations. With over 20 years of experience, the organization has established itself as a benchmark in the creation of inclusive employment. Its work is based on a firm commitment to social justice, placing people and their needs at the center of its activities to empower them and facilitate their entry into the labour market.
