The Board of Trustees is the governing and administrative body of the Foundation, representing it and assuming all the powers and functions necessary to achieve its founding purposes. It is composed of the following board members:

The Advisory Committee is a consultative body of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee, and has the following functions:
- To advise, on its own initiative, the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee on the most appropriate social and environmental support initiatives toward which to direct the Foundation’s actions, in accordance with its statutory objectives. This advice will be based on both the evolving needs of the environment and their impact, as well as the Foundation’s financial capacity.
- To objectively evaluate the social and environmental projects submitted to the Foundation by non-profit organizations and aligned with its statutory objectives. It will also propose to the Executive Committee and the Board of Trustees those projects to be supported, within the Foundation’s budgetary constraints.
- To submit appropriate proposals to the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees regarding real estate impact studies and other academic activities to be carried out by the Chair of Decent and Sustainable Housing at BSM-UPF and by the Foundation.
The members of the Advisory Committee are professionals with extensive training, proven experience in the social and environmental fields, a strong social conscience, and impeccable personal conduct:
