Collaboration agreement with Arrels Fundació to improve the quality of life of homeless people
The agreement includes the bases for collaboration between the Metropolitan House Foundation and Arrels Fundació in the development of social solidarity projects.
On May 15, Metropolitan House Foundation signed a collaboration agreement with Arrels Fundació, an entity that, since 1987, has cared for and guided homeless people living on the streets of Barcelona. Its activity focuses on accompanying these people in vulnerable situations so that they achieve a life as autonomous as possible, covering their basic needs, providing social and health care, and guaranteeing them accommodation.
The signed agreement establishes the solidarity collaboration between both entities in the development of the activities carried out by Arrels Fundació, as long as they are compatible with the statutes and founding purposes of the Metropolitan House Foundation.

This agreement frames the first project in which the Metropolitan House Foundation will collaborate: APARTMENTS FOR HOMELESS PEOPLE, a project whose objective is to improve the quality of life of homeless people, facilitating access to permanent housing and offering personalized support.
